INROCK® DrilData™ uses pre-installed sensor packages that monitor all drilling parameters and relays this information real time to the in-cab, touch-screen computer for the operator's benefit. The operator can therefore monitor any and all parameters simultaneously.
Audible alarm functions can be pre-set to desired values to automatically inform the driller of such issues as mud circulation, thrust/pullback force, rotary torque values, etc.
This allows for the operator to concentrate on drilling tasks without overlooking established safety parameters or drilling requirements.
DrilData™ gives users the ability to increase competitiveness by allowing for historical data to be used for future project analysis and greater accuracy in the bidding process. With your ever growing proprietary archive of drilling data you can stay a step ahead of the competition on your HDD projects.
DrilData™ systems are designed to automatically transport all data collected to a password-protected website. This feature can be set to one minute intervals to allow for almost real time viewing. Data can also be viewed remotely via satellite uplink and is automatically recorded and saved for later review.
INROCK's DrilData™ delivers unique performance in HDD Electronic Data Recording Systems.
Timely monitoring and recording of critical drilling parameters, transfers into tangible performance gains. The compact, single cable design allows the J-Box to be mounted to the exterior of the operators station. The simplified design also reduces drill cab clutter with only a single cable running from the J-Box to the in-cab touch-screen computer.
Utilizing proprietary software developed by INROCK®, DrilData™ can correlate pilot-hole drilling data with subsequent renaming passes. The results are displayed in an easy to follow line graph with values plotted based on an average joint length of 30 feet (9.27 meters) and time of joint completion. Operators can anticipate geological transitions or potential trouble spots based on this information in order to maximize drilling tool and performance there by enhancing project predictability and overall success.
